Payment

We accept:

— Credit card payments (MasterCard, and VISA) via secure Shopify Payments

— Or Afterpay

— Direct deposits (AU customers only)

Pay Pal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available) so what that means is it is a very safe way of paying for your order.

Please ensure that all personal info, address, email, credit card, and banking details are filled out correctly so that we can your purchase underway and get it out to you without any hiccups.

 
Availability

Avante Footwears stock comes directly from manufacturers in Portugal and other European countries and sizes and styles are seasonally limited, meaning we indent order and the stock we receive at the beginning of the season is generally all the stock we get. We will try as hard as possible to give you the correct idea of sizing and if the items are available.

At times, you as a buyer may encounter the following situation with
our online store:

A product that you have selected to buy is listed as being in stock, however, there are occasions when our inventory may be incorrect or a product has become unavailable from our suppliers. So there is a possibility that you might try to buy a product from Avante Footwear online that is no longer available. If this happens we will happily apologise and refund you the full amount or try and find you a suitable alternative. 

 

Placing an order and making purchases

Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been received and Avante Footwear is satisfied with the integrity of the order.

When we receive your order we’ll send you a confirmation email of your purchase.
This will contain a receipt number of the item and its cost. As soon as the payment is confirmed we will send the item out to you and a second email will be sent out with your tracking number. Some of our products are made to order and the estimated delivery time stated on the product description does apply. 

Avante Footwear does collect customer info so that we can process your orders as efficiently as possible. We respect your privacy and assure you that we will use this information responsibly. All your info is kept on super secret files and we definitely won’t be giving your info away to any other parties.

Returns and hassle-free exchanges we can do!

SHOES ARE TRICKY TO BUY SINCE SIZING CAN BE SO VARIED. SO IF THEY DON'T FIT OR YOU SIMPLY DON’T LIKE THEM, JUST SEND THEM BACK!**

There's no drama at all  if you find that:

  • the colour isn't right, we do try but getting the same colours in our photos can be hard
  • the style isn’t as you imagined
  • the heel is too high and you may break an ankle
  • they simply don't fit or.....
  • perhaps you had one too many wines and were on a shoe high

You can always send it back and we will swap it or refund you no problem!! Just get in touch within 7 days and make sure they are still brand new/unworn. 

However, we do ask that you do consult the sizing guide provided and note if we advise that a particular style runs small etc. If you have any queries about trying to figure out your size please contact us. 

WE WILL HAPPILY ACCEPT RETURNS OF SHOES AND ITEMS THAT DO NOT FIT CORRECTLY OR THAT ARE FAULTY AND SWAP THEM FOR THE RIGHT SIZE IF AVAILABLE.

RETURNS MUST BE SENT BACK TO US WITHIN 7 DAYS UPON RECEIPT OF DELIVERY. 

How to return or exchange your purchase

1)  Before returning an item please email us (hello@avantefootwear.com.au) explaining what you are returning and why?

2) Please send your return back to us within 7 days of receiving it.

3) Pay to send your package via Australia Post Tracking Service methods only, with the following included:  

a) a clean item in perfect condition with original tags if any still attached and in the original packaging that the item arrived in.

b) send it promptly so that Avante Footwear receives it within 7 days of your email to us

Please note:  
- Avante Footwear is not responsible for the payment of the return shipping. However, if you are exchanging an item for another one, the new item will be shipped back to you for free. 

- Further, free shipping back to you on an exchange item is only valid for the first exchange, any future swaps on the same original purchase will be solely the customer's responsibility in full, you pay all forms of shipping.

- Until an item is received back at Avante Footwear, it is your responsibility, lost packages are a drama, so please ensure you return with an Australia Post Tracking Article ID Number. 

 

Warranties
If an item you purchased from us is faulty because of manufacturing faults, we will try our hardest to replace it or fix it.
If in the case we have no more stock of the item or we can't repair the fault we will arrange a store credit or refund.

We will not replace items that have been damaged because of wear and tear. When returning footwear, please return in the original box if one was included. If shoes have been worn please return them clean and not stinky or yucky.

All products MUST be returned with receipt of proof of purchase. Please send back items with a track and trace number so it won’t get lost in the mail!

Other stuff no one wants to read but we have to tell you

Prices of goods and services and delivery and other charges displayed on the Avante Footwear website are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation without notice. We will always try to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing. However, sometimes we may stuff up and say something silly by mistake thus we are unable to absolutely warrant that product description or other content of the web site are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free.

 

Avante Footwear Privacy Statement

Avante Footwear is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information that we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured.

We only use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our newsletters (if you have subscribed) and personalise your shopping experience with us. That is all. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone.  

Avante Footwear uses cookies to allow you to login to your account and purchase items in your shopping cart. We also use these cookies to help enhance the Avante Footwear experience - they allow us to keep track of the way that our customers use our site. We will use your information in the strictest confidence and will not give your info to any dodgy spam company. The info you provide will help us create an easy to use online store that will allow you to see our sales first, enter our competitions and generally just keep you up to date with happenings at Avante Footwear. We will keep your info private and we do not for any reason record credit card information. Being able to find out things like what type of web browsers our customers use, the page they visited before they came to our site, and the Avante Footwear pages that they stop by helps us to evaluate behavioural trends and keep improving the Avante Footwear experience. Note: These are not the cookies that we all like to eat!
